There is ONE Open division...

This section is open to everyone of any age or skill level. If we have at least 10 players participating (always do) then we'll also have an under prize, but not a separate under section.

A half-point bye will be given for any round prior to the start of the tournament. Once the tournament begins half-point byes can be requested for rounds 1-3 but only zero-point byes for rounds 4 + 5

FAIR PLAY POLICY:

Fair Play: (taken from the chess.com website)

• No chess programs or engines (e.g. Chessmaster, Fritz, Komodo, Houdini, Stockfish, Chessbase with any active UCI engine, etc.) can be used to analyze positions in ongoing games at any time.  
• No outside assistance OF ANY KIND is permitted.
• Fixing game results by arranging games, playing with multiple accounts, or losing intentionally is also against the rules.

**SANITATION POLICY**

All players are required to wash their hands or use sanitizer before each round. Masks are optional.
