Bye Policy

Only one half point bye in Round 1-3 will apply to a players score
with regards to winning prize money. Any bye in Round 4 or 5 will be scored as
zero, but will not be considered a withdrawal.

Early Registration discounts:
Register by 4/25/2020 and you can deduct $20 for championship and $10 for
each of the other events. Your name will be eligible for a drawing to get 2 free
nights in the hotel during the tournament. The winner of the early bird raffle will
be announced on 4/28/2020

Thursday Night May 14: Grandmaster Blitz Simul.
Each GM plays 8 people simultaneously.
GM has 8 minutes 2 second delay to play all boards,
Each simul participant has 5 minutes 2 second delay.
There will be 5 GMs playing simuls against 40 players, eight at a time.
When the GM completes a simul round, they rotate to a new
gang of 8 until they have played all 40 players in 5 rounds.
