"OPEN to ALL" - no memberships needed for this UNRATED event.  USCF ratings will be used for pairings for those who have them.  Blitz first or regular if no blitz rating.

USCF blitz rules used.  (Touch move.  Completed illegal move loses on claim.  Capture king.  Pawn left on promotion rank is NOT an illegal move.  Opponent may restart the opponent's clock to force him to complete the promotion on his time.  Inverted rook may be used as queen or promoting player may pause the clock to get help from TD finding a queen for promotion.)

Double Swiss means play each pairing as white and black.

Tied 1st will split money with an Armageddon playoff to determine Champion.  Clock bid for black with draw odds.
