Estes Park's Stanley Hotel was the site for the U.S. Championships in 1985, 1986, and 1987.
The 1992 U.S. Championships were held in Durango.
Denver hosted the 1998 U.S. Championships and 1998 U.S. Senior Open.
In 2006 Denver hosted the 2006 National Elementary School Championship.
